Job summary

Axians Portugal is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for Finance & Regulatory Reporting. You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, translating regulatory requirements into functional specs within an Agile setup.

Collaboration with stakeholders, end-users, and cross‑functional teams is essential. You will lead requirements gathering, user story refinement, and project coordination, while supporting testing, training, and user adoption across international teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in finance, risk, or regulatory reporting.
Strong understanding of banking products and data management concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities and gather detailed functional requirements to support application evolution.
Refine and manage user stories, ensuring alignment between business expectations and development teams.
Manage project activities within an Agile environment, including planning, tracking, and coordination.
Engage with stakeholders and users, ensuring clear communication of progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while supporting testing, training, and user adoption.
