Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Finance transformation initiatives across global platforms in a dynamic, international environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and report to executives to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years in project management within Finance, ERP integrations, and strong stakeholder management. A Master’s in business/finance and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in project management, preferably Finance or finance transformation.
• Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale Finance projects and programs.
• Lead initiatives involving integration of multiple Finance systems and platforms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting.
• Ensure compliance with objectives, regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Oversee projects related to tax, VAT, invoicing, fiscal compliance and finance transformations.
