Siemens Energy is seeking a senior professional to design and govern global employee share programs, collaborating with Compensation & Benefits, HR and cross-functional partners to shape compliant equity solutions across regions.

You will lead global compensation processes, oversee equity allocations, and drive transparency across the share plans landscape, while aligning stakeholders and navigating regulatory requirements for a modern governance framework.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits or related areas in a multinational company.
• Experience in equity design or administration and leading multinational projects.
• Ability to synthesize data and present to senior management.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Tableau; SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and govern global employee share programs.
• Lead global compensation processes and equity allocations.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and accounting and Employment Conditions specialists.
• Provide expert guidance on compensation-related matters to HR and business.
• Monitor market trends and benchmark competitiveness.
