Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced AI Governance professional to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable governance frameworks. You will collaborate across Digital Core teams to ensure transparent, compliant use of AI and support stakeholders in implementing AI governance practices.

The role requires a strong background in policy drafting, risk assessment, and cross-functional communication within a global organization.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in law or data science and at least 5 years of work experience in regulatory compliance and technology governance.
• Proven experience in drafting policies, standards, frameworks, or governance documentation, preferably related to AI, data, or digital technologies.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and core concepts combined with knowledge of AI governance principles and AI-related regulatory landscape.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, structured governance documents.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate effectively in a multidisciplinary, multinational environment including external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously improve our AI Governance framework incl. standards, policies, guidelines in alignment with applicable regulations and internal requirements
• Contribute to awareness-raising and guidance materials to support the responsible and compliant use of AI within the organization
• Conduct and review risk assessments for AI systems in collaboration with AI Governance Stewards across the enterprise
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business areas and functions and support them in the consistent implementation of AI Governance requirements
• Monitor regulatory and policy developments in the field of AI Governance and assess their potential impact on internal frameworks and policies
