Siemens Energy seeks a senior specialist to design and govern global employee share programs, collaborating with HR, legal, tax, and accounting across regions.

You will translate market insights into robust equity solutions, drive governance, and ensure transparent implementation from rollout to enhancements across the organization.

Qualificações

  • Degree in Business Administration or related subject.
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits in a large multinational company.
  • Ability to rethink C&B policies and practices in a multinational corporation with equity design/administration experience.
  • Good judgement and determination to challenge the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and present to senior management.

  • Provide expert advice to HR and the business on compensation matters.

A Snapshot of Your Day

In your new role, you report to the Head of Global Compensation and take ownership of the design and governance of global employee share programs. You collaborate closely with colleagues from Compensation & Benefits, HR, and cross‑functional partners to shape competitive and compliant equity solutions across regions.

You translate business needs and market insights into robust program designs and ensure their consistent implementation globally. From rollouts to continuous enhancements, you align stakeholders, navigate regulatory requirements, and drive transparency across the share plans landscape. Through your expertise, you contribute to a modern and future‑ready equity governance framework.

How You'll Make a Difference
  • Responsible for our equity‑based long‑term incentive and employee share purchase programs: drive the evolution of the equity landscape at Siemens Energy, including design, rollout and administration
  • Initiate and deliver compensation‑related projects on global level to improve the C&B portfolio, meet legislative changes, support mergers, acquisitions or integrations, and implement technological advancements
  • Monitor market trends and provide benchmarks to ensure competitiveness across the compensation portfolio
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR/the business on compensation‑related matters you are responsible for
  • Prepare decision documents for your stakeholders while coordinating relevant departments (e.g. legal, tax, accounting etc.), and working closely together with our Employment Conditions specialists to ensure employee‑co‑determination rights are addressed and adhered to, if applicable
  • Lead and optimise global compensation processes (e.g. annual merit process, equity allocations, or the annual incentive) and support colleagues across a multinational team who ensure their implementation
  • Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standard of services e.g. equity administration providers
  • Effective collaboration across businesses and regions and with the global C&B team
What You Bring
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related subject, preferably with focus on human resources, finance or comparable
  • Relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits or related areas such as Finance and Controlling within a large multinational company, management consultancy or start‑up
  • Ability to rethink C&B policies and practices in a multinational corporation and experience in equity design and/or administration as well as in leading multinational projects
  • Good judgement and determination ability to challenge the status quo, the flexibility to work in an ambiguous and fast‑paced environment
  • Synthesize different data sources into clear recommendations and present them to various stakeholders at senior management level
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as BI tools such as Tableau, optional SAP experience
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
