Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects end-to-end in pharmaceutical GxP environments.
• Strong hands-on IT Project Management experience including requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, and vendor coordination.
• Fluent English is a must for global coordination and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global eQMS consolidation program to harmonize five platforms into a single Veeva-based solution.
• Drive multi-site rollout, ensuring alignment with global standards while meeting site-specific needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Quality, IT, business, and vendors; manage roadmaps, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee CSV activities and ensure compliant validation across the eQMS landscape.
• Ensure stakeholder communication and visibility for internal teams and clients throughout the program.
