WTW is seeking a creative Employer Branding Content Creator to craft content campaigns that elevate our employer brand across 140+ countries. You will write engaging AEO/GEO blog content in English and collaborate with teams to manage end-to-end social campaigns across geographies.

Proficiency in Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva or Adobe Express, and basic video editing will help drive analytics-based decisions and continuous growth.

Formación

• Proven experience in employer branding content creation and managing organic campaigns across geographies.
• Proficiency in AEO/GEO blog content writing.
• Strong language written skills in English. Other language skills are considered a plus.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and design tools (Canva or Adobe Express).
• Familiarity with video editing tools and techniques.
• A driven and motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Some experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing end-to-end paid social media, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns will be valued.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
