Job summary

Enovis in Lisbon, Portugal – hybrid, seeks an E-commerce Platform & CRO Lead to own the development and evolution of global eCommerce platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability and conversion-optimized experiences.

This business-driven role collaborates with Demand Generation, IT and external vendors to drive platform performance, CRO and continued evolution of Enovis’ digital ecosystem while adhering to global standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing or owning eCommerce platforms in a complex environment.
• Strong track record in conversion optimization and eCommerce performance.
• Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Shopify).
• Solid understanding of platform architecture, integrations, scalability and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• Excellent communication; English required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the eCommerce platform roadmap, prioritizing growth and global strategy.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and ongoing optimization of platforms.
• Drive CRO and UX improvements in partnership with Demand Generation.
• Lead platform evolution, new capabilities, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Align platform decisions with global digital standards and architecture.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors on implementations and delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, Demand Generation, and eCommerce teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Reduce platform fragmentation and support scalable, consistent global approach.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, experience, and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
