Enovis in Lisbon is seeking a SEO & GEO Lead to own the Global Digital Transformation roadmap across regions, business units, IT and external partners. As part of the Digital COE, you will orchestrate strategic initiatives and drive a major replatforming of Enovis.com, while harmonizing the digital and e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation and program management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide website replatforming programs.
• Experience leading platform and project management for large organizations.
• Experience managing multi-country digital programs.
• Experience working with external vendors and system integrators.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams.
• Strong communication skills in an international environment; English required.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms; hands-on experience with Optimizely.
• Familiarity with MarTech and digital experience platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives, including the replatforming of Enovis.com to reduce and rationalize fragmented sites.
• Ensure programs deliver measurable business value and ROI.
• Drive prioritization based on business impact, user value and ROI.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
• Ensure structured execution across internal teams, IT and external partners.
• Act as the primary bridge between business units, IT, agencies and the Digital CoE.
• Establish clear ownership boundaries between Digital and IT.
