Job summary

Softlanding is seeking a Content Localization Analyst to manage localization of customer-facing content across our Web, Android, and iOS trading platforms. You will work with Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and regional teams to deliver multilingual content that is accurate, consistent, and compliant for global customers.

In this role you will coordinate translations, maintain UI text and disclosures, and oversee app store listings while supporting releases with localization updates

Qualifications

• Experience in localization, content operations, product operations, or a similar role.
• Strong project coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of software release processes and SDLC.
• Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or trading platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate localization and translation of platform content across multiple languages.
• Maintain client-facing content, including UI text, product information, legal disclosures, and notifications.
• Ensure translations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved regulatory and business terminology.
• Manage Apple App Store and Google Play Store content, including descriptions, screenshots, and metadata.
• Support software releases by coordinating localization updates, validating deployments, and maintaining change records.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, and regional stakeholders to ensure content quality and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve localization processes and content governance.
