Tech Mahindra in Portugal seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead delivery for our Cloud B2B sales engagement program. You will own day-to-day operations across global teams, drive cadences, dashboards, and corrective actions to meet SLA/KPIs while protecting margin.

The role requires 12+ years in outsourced delivery, with 6+ years in sales operations or account/program management, plus a strong grasp of sales engagement. MBA preferred; salary market depends on scope and location.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of outsourced delivery operations experience with at least 6 years in sales operations or account/program management.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-LOB delivery teams against SLAs/KPIs.
• Strong grasp of sales engagement functions (BDR, account management, presales/solutions engineering).
• Experience managing client relationships, governance structures, and commercial/contract discussions.
• Comfort with margin, budgeting, and cost-per-FTE management in an outsourced delivery context.
• Excellent stakeholder management to credibly represent the program to client leadership.
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint/BI reporting.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day delivery operations across BDR, Account Managers, and Solutions Architects for the program.
• Lead governance calls, business reviews, and escalations with the client.
• Own SLA/KPI performance and drive corrective action when targets are at risk.
• Support contract renewals, scope expansions, and commercial reviews with account leadership.
• Forecast headcount and manage attrition with workforce planning.
• Balance margin targets with service quality and site budgeting.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities to improve unit economics.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Training, and Quality to align staffing and performance management.
