Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Manager in Reading, UK, to shape end-to-end supply strategy for new clinical trials. You will translate complex study protocols into robust supply plans and align all elements for seamless study execution.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to lead planning, forecasting, packaging, and distribution activities while ensuring high quality and timelines. Strong English and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or business function (preferred not essential).
• 3-5 years industry experience in Clinical Trials.
• 3-5 years experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and direction.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Interpret trial protocols to design and execute a clinical trial supply chain solution.
• Create master English label text per regulatory framework (e.g., Annex 13).
• Develop demand forecasts and packaging plans to ensure timely supplies.
• Lead packaging campaigns with vendors and monitor on-time delivery.
• Set up and monitor study IRT systems to manage inventory.
• Create distribution plan and oversee vendor execution.
• Work independently to ensure timely supply of all materials.
• Track budgets to ensure projects meet quotations and spend.
• Maintain 100% training compliance and apply learnings.
• Stay updated on GxP/regulatory requirements.
• Lead client/vendor meetings when needed to discuss supply chain topics.
• Create a Temperature Excursion management plan.
• Manage review of Temperature Excursions by IQVIA team.
• Conduct regular risk assessments with mitigations.
