Job summary

Oyster is seeking a Senior Specialist to own and optimize global benefits across multiple regions. This remote, one-year contract role requires collaboration with internal teams and customers to maximize coverage while controlling costs.

You will lead vendor governance, develop self-serve resources, and facilitate educational webinars to scale impact worldwide. Strong English, AI literacy, and multi-country experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of global benefits experience across multiple regions and markets.
• Strong vendor management, governance, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate complex benefits provisions into clear guidance for clients and internal teams.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Support, Product, and Legal to solve cross-border benefits challenges.

Responsibilities

• Strategic vendor management and cost optimization across global benefits providers.
• Provide client-facing advisory support and participate in high-value customer calls.
• Build and maintain a self-serve knowledge base for benefits across dozens of regions.
