BlackForest Solutions GmbH is hiring a Business Development Manager to identify new clients worldwide who need safe, compliant hazardous waste export solutions. You will lead acquisition, build relationships, and close deals from first contact to signed contract.

Based in Europe with a remote‑first setup, you will travel regularly to clients and our Berlin HQ. You will monitor evolving regulations, target key markets, and convert opportunities into a growing pipeline across the Middle East,

Qualificações

• Two-of-three rule: two of three areas required: sales/BD, hazardous waste/environmental tech, international logistics/export.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and target generators of hazardous waste worldwide.
• Track regulations and anticipate new waste streams to create opportunities.
• Approach decision-makers at trade fairs and events to build a pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical team to prepare commercial offers and close deals.
• Leverage AI tools to reach more generators efficiently.
