Keenfinity Group is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development, industrialization and global deployment of advanced assembly and joining technologies across its EMS operations. The role combines technical leadership, project management and problem solving, with expertise in adhesive bonding, fixtures, automation and process validation.

Reporting to the COO, the TPM will drive global standards, manage NPI, technology transfer and supplier partnerships to ensure

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrialization or Technical Project Management.
• Strong experience in assembly/joining and adhesive technologies.
• Experience in electronics, automotive, industrial, medical or similar high‑volume manufacturing.
• Proven international project management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials or Mechatronics Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Establish global standards, specifications and best practices for adhesive bonding, gluing, screwing and mechanical fastening, press-fit/snap-fit assembly, fixtures, tooling and poka-yoke, dispensing and curing technologies, and assembly automation.
• Build the technology roadmap and identify new technologies and suppliers.
• Develop processes that can be standardized and replicated worldwide.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement and R&D; Drive NPI, industrialization and technology transfer between plants.
• Ensure robust DFMA, PFMEA and process validation.
• Act as global technical authority for assembly and joining; benchmark processes across manufacturing sites; support critical production escalations and launches; transfer validated technologies between plants; build global standards, training and lessons learned.
