Preh Car Connect GmbH in Trofa, Portugal seeks a Process Engineer-Assembly/Series Project Manager to coordinate project activities and assembly processes for products under their responsibility, ensuring a smooth transition into series production and ramp-up until stable serial production. The role supports production and cross-functional teams in solving issues during ramp-up.

Qualificações

• Lead industrialization projects for new product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance and Planning.
• Define and optimize assembly processes, layouts and resources.
• Support FMEA and drive risk mitigation and problem-solving.
• Ensure production readiness (documentation, tools, processes).
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead industrialization projects for new product launches.
