Preh Group in Trofa, Portugal is seeking a Process Engineer-Assembly/Series Project Manager to join the Engineering Team. You will coordinate project activities and assembly processes to ensure a smooth transition into series production, supporting ramp-up until stable serial production with QB5 milestone.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance and Planning, driving lean improvements and ensuring readiness of documentation, tools and processes.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or similar).
• Experience in industrial/automotive environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead industrialization projects for new product launches.
• Coordinate Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
• Define and optimize assembly processes, layouts, and resources.
• Support FMEA and drive risk mitigation and problem-solving.
• Ensure production readiness (documentation, tools, processes).
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma).
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and internal processes.
