Job summary

Tetra Pak in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Food Protection Associate to provide expertise in food protection and aseptic performance during pre-project, installations and new products introduction. This is a permanent position based in Lisbon with a significant travel requirement.

The role involves approximately 70% travel, primarily across Iberia, with occasional travel to other regions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

CRM experience and client-facing skills.
Experience in service delivery and technical discussions.
Laboratory practices in a food-related context.

Responsibilities

Participate to resolve simple escalated issues remotely and on-site by properly applying the resolution process, tools and methodologies.
Deliver quality reports on time and with quality.
Provide Food Protection Expertise during pre-project and installations under PSE and/or Services.
Develop own competence in Food Protection, focusing on aseptic technology.
Support Aseptic Performance data analysis and contribute to regional implementation.
Follow Quality Culture Policy and act as a quality ambassador.
Contribute to training for internal and external customers.
Support food protection delivery in projects.
