Job summary

Tetra Pak in Lisbon, Portugal invites an experienced Marketing Manager to lead market strategy across Iberia, with travel within the Iberia region (about 30%). You will shape the Market Business Plan, align growth initiatives with the overall strategy, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver value to customers while driving market leadership.

The role requires 5 years in marketing leadership, strong languages, and experience managing cross-country projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years working experience as Marketing Manager or similar position.
• Degree in Marketing or similar studies.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish; Portuguese is a must.
• Experience in matrix organizations, managing multi-country projects and remote management.
• Min. 2-5 years of experience as people leader with successful track record.
• High degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Market Business Plan based on market intelligence.
• Define market growth initiatives aligned with the company growth strategy.
• Drive market leadership focusing on Market Company initiatives and cascading to Central team.
• Identify new product requirements based on value chain needs and champion with Regional Product.
• Define future intelligence requirements for market and liaise with business intelligence.
• Analyze and use research data with customers and apply market insights.
• Deploy and execute company strategy in the markets.
• Work closely with customers to secure strategic alignment and deliver value.
• Deliver marketing services for key customers from Regional/Central organization.
• Manage Market Promotional Investment.
