Job summary

Viatris is seeking an Artwork Coordinator in Portugal to manage the end-to-end artwork process, ensuring on-time and compliant implementation across regulatory and packaging teams. You will act as the hub between Regulatory, Packaging Sites, Artwork Studios and Supply Chain, coordinating briefs, design checks and approvals to keep launches on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical artwork coordination.
• Associate’s degree or university diploma.
• Project coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical artwork coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation, approval and implementation of market artwork.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Packaging Site and Commercial requirements / instructions.
• Ensure artwork reviews and checks by all relevant departments before release.
• Review Production Print Proofs when required.
• Communicate implementation instructions to the packing site.
• Maintain SKU records for New Product Launches and existing SKUs.
• Provide support with artwork queries / risks / issues, escalating as needed.
