Job summary

CordenPharma International seeks a Global System Owner to lead critical applications across GMP environments in Lisbon. You will define roadmaps, drive upgrades, govern security, and coordinate global implementations with vendors and audit teams.

The role requires strong IT project leadership, experience with ELN and lab/manufacturing software, and the ability to operate in an international setting with regulators and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Degree(s) in IT or related technical field.
• Experience managing enterprise lab and manufacturing apps in GMP.
• Proven IT project leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of qualification, validation, and GxP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global System Owner for multiple business-critical applications.
• Define and drive application roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Lead evaluations, upgrades and global implementation projects.
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to support global growth.
• Administer and maintain multiple global applications.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Deliver user training and support key-user communities.
• Act as main contact for suppliers, auditors, and local IT teams.
• Ensure qualification, validation, and audit readiness of systems.
