Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Portugal is seeking an IT Applications Specialist to provide hands-on support for business applications and ensure compliance with GxP. You will collaborate with developers, analysts and QA to optimize performance and deliver secure, well-documented solutions across sites.
The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with QMS/DMS in pharma, and excellent English communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years IT experience in computer applications support.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong troubleshooting for both applications and laboratory interfaces.
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Provide technical support to users of applications, including troubleshooting and guidance on usage.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts and QA to ensure optimal application performance.
- Monitor system metrics and report uptime, usage, and feedback for improvements.
- Lead projects and rollouts across Hikma sites, coordinating activities with stakeholders.
- Process security requests per SOPs and ensure compliance with quality guidelines.
- Produce required documentation including URS, FS, DS and SLC documents per GxP.
