Job summary

Crédit Agricole SA, through its Mudum AI Program in Europe/Portugal, seeks a VIE - Artificial Intelligence Analyst to support defining and implementing the company’s AI strategy, aligned with guidelines of Crédit Agricole Assurances Group and Mudum transformation. The role covers identifying AI use cases, building business cases, and tracking benefits across business & support areas.

English and French are required, Portuguese preferred, and 0–2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Management, economics, or related fields.
• 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and process automation.
• Knowledge of business analysis, process design, and organizational transformation.
• Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation of performance metrics.
• Ability to develop business cases and conduct economic and financial analyses.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks applied to AI is a plus.
• Knowledge of the insurance or financial sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and evolution of Mudum’s AI strategy.
• Identify opportunities for using AI across different business and support areas.
• Prepare feasibility analyses, business cases, and benefit estimates.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the roadmap for AI initiatives.
• Support the implementation of governance, risk, and compliance mechanisms related to the use of AI.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams, as well as external partners, in the design and implementation of solutions.
• Monitor market trends, Group initiatives, and technological developments in the field of AI.
• Produce executive presentations, progress reports, and metrics on adoption and value generated.
• Contribute to AI-related training, communication, and change management initiatives.
• Support the identification and dissemination of best practices and success stories.
