Responsibilities

Lead strategic global projects transforming compliance through technology, AI and automation.
Manage project resources, external delivery partners and approved budgets.
Translate digital transformation agenda into executable programs and roadmaps.
Lead interdisciplinary international teams across Compliance, IT, EA and partners.
Ensure governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment across regions.
Drive implementation and adoption of technology-enabled Compliance solutions.
