Bosch Group in Lisbon is seeking a Compliance AI and Technology Architect to shape the technology strategy for global Compliance operations, connecting business needs, tech innovation and regulatory requirements.

You will own architecture, governance, and the evolution of Compliance AI platforms, design capabilities for manual and AI-enabled processes, and lead cross-functional transformation with IT and business functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Digital Transformation, Technology Architecture, AI, Software Solutions or related fields.
• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional transformation initiatives and programs.
• Demonstrated experience defining and governing technology strategies for global business functions.
• Experience with AI, automation and technology-enabled business solutions.
• Proven experience managing senior / executive-level stakeholders across IT, Compliance and corporate functions.

You will connect business needs, technology innovation and regulatory requirements to create secure, scalable and sustainable solutions for global Compliance operations.

What distinguishes you:

Education:Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
Advanced training in Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture or Compliance.

Experience:

• 8+ years of professional experience in Digital Transformation, Technology Architecture, AI, Software Solutions or related fields.
• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional transformation initiatives and programs.
• Demonstrated experience defining and governing technology strategies for global business functions.
• Experience with AI, automation and technology-enabled business solutions.
• Proven experience managing senior / executive-level stakeholders across IT, Compliance and corporate functions.
