Job summary

Continental is seeking a senior security leader to shape how AI-enabled applications are secured worldwide. You will build and lead an international team, define the AI security strategy, and establish governance to enable safe innovation across the business. You will advise executives, set metrics, and drive risk-based assessments and improvements with a focus on collaboration and results. The role requires deep security expertise and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT or cybersecurity experience in security roles.
• CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, CISM certifications (advantage).
• Experience leading people, teams, or a global security function.
• Proven ability to define security strategy, governance, roadmaps and outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of AI security, application security, secure development practices and security frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in an international environment.
• Advanced English skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of security professionals including direct reports.
• Define and execute global AI and Application Security strategy, operating model, roadmap and performance measures.
• Own security standards, guardrails and governance for apps and AI-enabled solutions.
• Govern risk-based security assessments and timely decisions.
• Advise senior technical and business stakeholders on complex risks and remediation options.
• Oversee assurance, audit support, service reporting and capability development.
