Xelerate is seeking a Domain Lead - AI Governance & Security in a remote-friendly role, coordinating governance, risk and controls for AI adoption across global operations. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and partner with security, data, legal and business stakeholders to safeguard AI initiatives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in GRC, risk management or information security, including AI governance focus.
• Working knowledge of the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001.
• Experience assessing AI vendors, models and use cases.
• Fluency in English; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define, build and maintain the AI governance framework, including AI risk taxonomy and control requirements; align with regulations.
• Run AI use case intake, classify risk and embed governance checkpoints across the lifecycle.
• Design and validate AI-specific risk assessments covering data privacy, model security and drift; implement controls.
• Design AI vendor due diligence questionnaires; maintain risk‑rated vendor inventory.
• Report AI risk posture and governance metrics to CISO; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure AI risks are reflected in enterprise GRC tooling, policy suite and audits.
