Job summary

DHCare is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Shared Services Center in Maia, supporting EMEA operations and collaborating with international teams across countries. If you are fluent in English and German in an international environment, we’d like to hear from you.

The role covers AP operations, process improvements, and stakeholder collaboration, with a hybrid work arrangement between Maia office days and remote work, reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in financial services, specifically Accounts Payable.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel).
• Previous experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Fluent in English and either French or German.
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Communication skills and cooperative mindset.
• High level of accountability and accuracy.
• Team player with the ability to work in a multinational environment and collaborate with people from different cultures.

Responsibilities

• Perform invoice matching, validation and posting for direct and indirect spend.
• Act as the Vendor Helpdesk, serving as the main point of contact for supplier queries and issue resolution.
• Execute and monitor supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
• Manage supplier disputes, including invoice blocking and unblocking.
• Complete all Accounts Payable closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close.
• Support process documentation and onboarding of new team members.
