Job summary

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) in Porto is seeking an experienced EPM specialist to join our finance technology team. You will support and optimize EPM environments such as HFM, Tagetik and Essbase, coordinate level 2/3 IT support, and ensure smooth monthly closings.

What will you do?

Support and Operational Excellence

• Ensure the stability of EPM environments and follow up closings (period openings/closings, calculations, consolidations).
• Coordinate level 2/3 support with IT: monitor incidents till resolution, understand root cause analyses, ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Relay infrastructure issues to IT and its technical partners.

Development Organization and Projects

• Qualify business requests, carry out impact analyses and organize the development lifecycle (functional administration, testing).
• Plan and follow the monthly release of changes to production and keep the solution functional administration documentation up to date.
• Ensure the consistency of reference data and the functional integrity of data flows between tools.

Expertise and Governance

• Act as an expert on the solutions and share expertise with functional team in charge of any new business need.
• Prioritize support and development work with the functional team and report regularly on their progress.
• Ensure compliance with audits (access management, traceability, security).

What you'll need to succeed?

• Technical Expertise: In-depth mastery of at least one tool among HFM, Tagetik and Essbase, with hands-on experience of support and
• Business: Understanding of consolidation concept, planning and financial reporting processes.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years on EPM solutions
• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Information Systems.
• Languages: Professional English required.
