Job summary

Sodexo Business Services (SBS) in Portugal is seeking a GFSP Functional Expert - Project Manager to drive the evolution of our reporting and financial consolidation processes for European markets. The role combines financial planning and project governance, with emphasis on delivering robust governance, testing, and change management across multifaceted FP&A activities.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of FP&A or consolidation experience, familiarity with HFM or Essbase, and exposure to Power BI;

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Finance with 3–5 years' experience in FP&A or Consolidation.
• Experience with HFM or Essbase is required. TAGETIK or Power BI would be a plus.
• Project Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Reporting Process Management: manage planning and follow-up committees; handle Change Requests with Business and GFSP teams; define test strategy; monitor pre-tests; assist Business with tests and validation; communicate evolutions.

Opportunity: GFSP Functional Expert - Project Manager

What will you do?

Evolution of our Reporting Process Management:

• Manage the planning and follow-up committees
• Manage the Change Request with the Business and GFSP Teams,
• Define the strategy of test
• Monitor/Ensure the pre-tests
• Help the Business to cover the tests and validation
• Communicate on evolutions

Project Management:

Prepare the project:

• Define the project governance
• Define the key tools to manage properly the project with a dedicated planning including the
• milestones and relevant reporting presentation

Monitor the project:

• Manage the different committees with the project stakeholders
• Communicate about the potential milestones delay and risks
• Monitor the execution of the planning and update it in real time
• Manage the global communication of the project
• Define and review the deliverables

Secure the go live & post go live phases:

• Ensure all Stakeholders' approvals have been received
• Organize the trainings
• Monitor the change management

What you'll need to succeed?

• Degree in IT or Finance with 3 to 5 years' experience in FP&A or Consolidation domain
• A first experience of HFM or Essbase is required. TAGETIK or Power BI would be a plus
• A first experience of Project Management would be a plus
