Accenture Portugal seeks professionals for its Trust & Safety team to review and moderate user content across profiles, audio, video, and text. You will investigate issues, apply client guidelines, and contribute to responsible AI initiatives.

The role requires strong German language skills, excellent comprehension, and the ability to maintain objectivity while handling potentially disturbing material. You will work with evolving policies and strive for safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• German language fluency and strong written/verbal communication.
• Experience in content moderation or safety review.
• Ability to remain objective and follow client guidelines at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specified tools.
• Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines; track industry trends.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team.
• Develop prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze the model's responses for appropriateness and safety, including refusals or disclaimers.
• Collaborate with team members to build a common understanding of responsible AI issues.
• Contribute to developing best practices and guidelines for content moderation and governance.
• Demonstrate strong emotional resilience and stress-management skills.
• Maintain high attention to detail and objective decision-making in line with policies.
