Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a customer support agent in Lisbon to assist users with account, membership, video playback and technical issues via chat, email and occasional calls.

Office-based role requiring Monday to Friday presence with an 09:00–18:00 schedule; relocation allowance may help with relocation to Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Previous contact-centre experience preferred.

• Approx. €1,770 gross per month
• Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
