CB Talents SP is helping a German streaming platform hire a Customer Support specialist in Lisbon. You will assist customers with account, membership, video playback and technical issues via chat, email and occasional calls.

The role is office-based in Lisbon, from Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00, offering a monthly gross salary of around €1,770 plus meal allowance, transport bonus, performance bonus and a €2,000 relocation incentive. Health and life insurance with family coverage are included.

Qualificações

• Previous contact-centre experience is preferred.
