CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support specialist to assist users of a leading digital platform via chat, email, and occasional inbound calls.

You will join a team dedicated to delivering friendly, effective help to customers, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a relocation bonus to ease the move to Portugal. Health and life insurance with family coverage is provided as part of the package.

Qualificações

• German speaker with problem-solving mindset.
• Customer support experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide chat, email support and occasional inbound calls for users of a leading digital platform.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues and guidance in a timely and friendly manner.
