You’ll answer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of interactions, and escalate complex cases to the right team. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, with a clear path for career progression.

Qualificações

• German-speaking required; must communicate clearly in German.
• Good command of English for day-to-day work.
