Workwide in Lisbon is hiring a German-speaking Owner Services Account Manager to be the main contact for aircraft owners, coordinating bookings and last-minute changes. You'll support owners by email and phone, ensuring seamless travel from start to finish.

The role is full-time, with two shifts, and offers meal cards, health and life insurance, and internal growth opportunities. Ideal candidates are native German, fluent in English, customer service oriented, and able to multitask across

Qualificações

• Native-level German and fluent English required.
• Customer service experience, ideally from call centre or hospitality.
• Calm under pressure with a strong service mindset.
• Confident with multiple software tools and able to multitask.
• CRM experience is a bonus and helpful.
• Based in Lisbon or able to commute to the office.

Responsabilidades

• Support owners by email and phone (approx. 50/50) with flight bookings and travel planning.
• Find quick solutions when plans change, such as delays.
• Assist in planning routes, suggest alternatives, and handle flight-related admin.
• Work across multiple aviation and booking systems simultaneously.

You'll be the central point of contact for aircraft owners, making sure their journeys run seamlessly, from booking to last-minute changes.

Who we're looking for

• Native-level German + fluent English (the whole company works in English)
• Customer service experience, ideally from a call centre or hospitality background
• Calm under pressure, strongly service-oriented, and a logical thinker
• Confident with different software tools and happy to multitask
• Abitur minimum; a degree is a plus, CRM experience a bonus
• Based in Lisbon or able to commute to the office
