WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team and work fully remotely from anywhere in Greece.

The role offers paid training, a competitive salary (€1,050 gross/month with 14 salaries), a performance bonus up to 10%, and full relocation support for EU residents. No prior experience required; you will handle Italian customer queries via phone, email, and chat and document interactions in CRM.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English for training and internal communication
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
