Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a customer-ready professional to support clients using social media advertising platforms. You will help resolve queries with paid campaigns knowledge and combine customer service skills with digital marketing experience.

The role requires fluent German and English, a marketing degree, and prior experience in digital marketing or an ad-tech contact centre. On-site work in Lisbon with a structured schedule and salary paid monthly.

Working conditions

• Salary: €1,100 gross per month, paid in 14 payments per year.
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day.
• Attendance bonus: €60 per month for 11 months of the year.
• Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday, with shifts of 07:00-16:00 or 10:00-19:00.
