WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative for onsite work in Porto, Portugal. You will deliver professional, empathetic support to customers across markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high-quality experience.

The role requires fluent German and C1-level English, strong communication, and the ability to learn and manage large amounts of information. Accommodation support is offered, with interview details to follow; no flight ticket is included.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
