WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Porto, Portugal, onsite. You will provide professional, empathetic support across multiple markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high-quality experience.

The role requires fluent German and C1 English, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn and manage large information with meticulous attention to detail. Accommodation support is offered and the position includes 24/7 rotational shifts with 2 days

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
