WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic service across multiple markets from Porto, Portugal (onsite). The role involves handling inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in German and English at C1 level is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Accommodation support available; no flight ticket included in the package.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information

• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment
