WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic assistance across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers onsite work with 24/7 shifts, accommodation support, a monthly gross salary of €1,100 paid over 14 salaries, and a welcome bonus of €1,500 paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
