Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist for a Social Media LLM project in Lisbon, Portugal. The role requires native German writing skills and an interest in Generative AI, with experience evaluating AI-generated data.

The on-site position in Lisbon features rotational shifts with 24/7 coverage, two rotating days off, and a six-month contract. SHL assessment is required, and relocation support is not provided.

Qualifications

• Native-level German proficiency.
• Solid English (B2); B2+ or C1 preferred.
• Experience with AI data annotation.
• Familiarity with AI annotation and evaluation platforms.
• Strong digital skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
