CBtalents in Sofia is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to work in a hybrid setup. Join a dynamic, multicultural environment where language skills are valued and your career can grow.

You will handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, assist with billing and technical topics, and update records in internal systems while aiming for high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level (speaking, reading, writing).
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must have valid work authorization in Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via inbound calls.
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Assist customers with administrative and technical topics, including products, services, and billing.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
