Responsabilités

• Support invoice processing and payment allocations.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with follow-ups.
• Review financial documents and verify customer data.
• Assist with reconciliations and investigate basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support invoice processing, payment allocation, and customer account updates.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Review financial documents and verify customer account information.
• Assist with account reconciliations and investigate basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and account-related queries.
• Follow established financial procedures, internal controls, and quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and escal**ate** complex cases to senior colleagues.
• Meet KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, processing times, and quality.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of finance systems and O2C processes.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
