Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist to support daily finance activities, including invoice processing, payment allocation, and account updates. You will work with an international team to ensure accurate transactions and customer account management.

You should have at least 6 months of AR/O2C experience, a bachelor’s in finance-related field, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the CS field.

Responsabilités

• Support invoice processing, payment allocation, and account updates.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Review financial documents and verify customer account information.
• Assist with account reconciliations and resolve basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist, you will support daily finance activities, including invoice processing, payment allocation, account updates, and financial record maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Support invoice processing, payment allocation, and customer account updates.


• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.


• Review financial documents and verify customer account information.


• Assist with account reconciliations and investigate basic billing discrepancies.


• Maintain accurate financial records and update information in internal systems.


• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and account-related queries.


• Follow established financial procedures, internal controls, and quality standards.

Requirements:
