Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Recruiter to lead candidate sourcing, screening, and talent management for a 6-month contract in Lisbon. The role requires German (native or C1) and fluent English, with EU work authorization and a background in recruitment or HR.

You will manage onboarding steps and coordinate with candidates through the hiring process. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily meal allowance and full relocation support.

• Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or phone-based candidate assessment.
• Strong professional communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities
