Foundever in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a German Quality Specialist to join our team. The role emphasizes evaluating audits through data analysis, monitoring CSR performance, and participating in calibration sessions to align scoring with peers.

Requirements include native/proficient German and advanced English, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid Santos office environment. Local relocation is welcomed.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient German is mandatory.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Strong data analysis skills are required.
• Detail oriented with good organization and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Be willing to relocate to Lisbon and work in a hybrid Santos office.

Responsabilidades

• Assess audits via data analysis and monitor CSR performance daily.
• Attend meetings with client supervisors and project leaders to discuss outputs.
• Provide script feedback and assist clients monitoring programs as needed.
• Develop and execute monthly call monitoring plans and report findings.
• Contribute to monthly quality reports and training feedback for new agents.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align scoring and interpretation.
