Cognizant in Portugal is seeking a German Subject Matter Expert to support autonomous driving data labeling projects. You will function as the German language and market expert, ensuring local relevance and accuracy across policies and training materials.

You will translate and review guidelines for the German market, share knowledge through training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German and English with high proficiency.
• Understanding of German culture, infrastructure, traffic regulations.
• At least 1 year in localization, translation, policy, or related field.
• Experience in quality-focused, operational, or data-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating or updating documentation, guidelines, or training.
• Able to collaborate with international teams across time zones.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the German language and market expert for autonomous driving data projects.
• Translate, review, and localize policies and training for the German market.
• Provide guidance on traffic regulations and road signage.
• Support operations by resolving language or policy cases and ensure consistent decisions.
• Deliver training sessions to enhance understanding of German requirements.
• Analyze quality insights and recommend process improvements.
• Act as main contact for the German market and coordinate with stakeholders.
