Job summary

C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is seeking a Google Ads Sales Executive fluent in German, Danish, Dutch, or Finnish with English B2+. This hybrid Barcelona role focuses on consultative digital marketing, managing a diverse EMEA client portfolio and driving revenue through data‑driven Google Ads strategies.

You will build relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide tailored advertising solutions to clients and agencies across Europe.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years experience in sales, account management, or online advertising.
• Strong interest or experience in Google Ads / digital marketing / AdTech.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business clients and agency partners across EMEA.
• Provide consultative digital marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI.
• Identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Handle a high volume of accounts while maintaining strong service quality.
• Build long‑term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
• Engage clients via phone, email, and video to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
